Coach Jason Bryant is a CSCS-certified strength and conditioning coach with a Master's in Kinesiology. He's trained athletes from youth to the professional level, specializing in speed, strength, power, and sport performance. Now that experience is available to athletes anywhere.

Within 3–5 days, your custom program is loaded into the Vigor app and ready to go. Vigor Remote Coaching athletes get an onboarding call and movement screen first.

About Coach Bryant

Jason Bryant is the owner and head coach at Vigor Strength & Conditioning in Frisco, TX. He holds a CSCS certification and a Master's degree in Kinesiology. Jason has trained athletes at every level — from youth development through professional — with a focus on speed, strength, power, and long-term athletic development. Remote coaching through Vigor brings that same standard of programming and accountability to athletes who can't train with him in person.
