During our group sports performance training sessions at Vigor Strength and Conditioning, all athletes follow a similar foundational program. However, we make individual modifications to cater to each athlete’s specific needs rather than focusing solely on the demands of a particular sport.
Yes! At Vigor Strength and Conditioning, we’ve worked with athletes from a wide range of sports and at all levels, from beginners to elite competitors.
Group training is billed monthly, and you’re welcome to attend any of the available group sessions from Monday through Friday.
No problem! Vigor Strength and Conditioning welcomes athletes of all experience levels. Workouts can be modified to suit your current abilities, ensuring a safe and effective training experience.
No, you don’t! We offer multiple class times each day to accommodate the busy schedules of today’s athletes. You’re free to attend the time that works best for you.
That’s totally fine! While you’re welcome to attend all four workouts each week, you’ll still gain great benefits even if you can only make it to a few sessions.
We work with individual athletes to complement their school or club training. Our programs fill in gaps that may be missed in other settings, providing a more personalized, athlete-centered approach to help you reach your full potential.
