I have been an athlete all of my life and have a passion for helping people improve their fitness. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology I started training as a Strength and Conditioning professional. Previously, I have held posts such as: personal trainer, Lead Sports Performance Coach, and contract Performance Coach. In 2019 I graduated from Texas A&M - Corpus Christi with a Master of Science in Kinesiology. As a young athlete, I suffered multiple injuries. Because of this, I train athletes to prevent injuries from happening and help people with injuries get back to physical activity. I am always studying and progressing my knowledge in health and fitness to be able to push athletes to the peak of their ability safely and injury free.
