What grades does the Vigor PE curriculum cover?

Kindergarten through 5th grade. Every daily lesson includes both a K-2 and a 3-5 modification on the same page, so one plan works across your whole schedule.

Is this PE curriculum aligned to Texas TEKS?

Yes. The full program covers all 247 K-5 TEKS PE codes across 16 strands. The TEKS Alignment Pack includes a code-by-code coverage tracker and a 15-page administrator report.

Can I use it if I'm not in Texas?

Yes. The lessons teach the same fundamental movement, fitness, and game skills found in SHAPE America national standards and most state PE frameworks. Only the code-by-code tracker is Texas-specific.

How much equipment do I need?

The games are built around standard elementary PE equipment — cones, balls, spot markers, pinnies, jump ropes. Nothing specialized, nothing you need a grant to buy.

Are the files editable?

Most are. The nutrition slide decks are fully editable PowerPoint, the sub folder and parent letters are fillable and editable, and the assessment roster tracker is an Excel file with dropdown scoring and automatic class summaries.

Can I see it before I buy?

Yes. The free sampler includes three complete lesson plans and the full CHAMPS gym management system, in exactly the format they ship in. It's not a preview PDF — it's real days from the program.

Can I use this for homeschool PE?

Yes. The lessons are written for a class but scale down to a small group or a single child. A dedicated homeschool PE program is in development.

How do I get the files?

What's the difference between the bundle and the lessons-only product?

The lessons-only product is the 95+ daily lessons and the CHAMPS system, $52. The full-year bundle adds assessment, TEKS alignment, games, PBIS, nutrition, workbooks, sub plans, and parent letters — 13 products for $80.
